The home was safe to live in but still had broken glass spread throughout the master bedroom and bathroom. CARE came in and cleaned both areas to make sure it was safe for the homeowners and pets to occupy the room again. Some items were considered claim because we could not guarantee that all glass shards were removed from them (blankets, pillows, open tissues). Now that their children are older the basement doesn’t get used as often. The homeowner went down one day to find saturated carpet and secondary damage due to the length of time the water had been sitting. Once CARE got involved we came up with a plan of action and got started right away. We removed all necessary materials and reduced the humidity to stop the secondary issues. Within 5 days the project was ready to begin reconstruction.
